Terminal C at Newark Liberty International Airport is also called the EWR United Terminal. It is solely operated by United Airlines and its regional subsidiary, United Express. The UA operates all domestic and international flights and is segregated into 3 concourses – C1, C2, and C3. Terminal C has three security checkpoints, allowing for smooth passenger flow. Baggage Claim at Terminal C
The baggage claim office is at level 1 of Terminal C at Newark Liberty International Airport. The Level 1 is also the arrivals area. All you need to do is:
- Upon arrival, go past the Passport control office.
- From there, follow the yellow signage boards that say “Arrivals/Baggage Reclaim”.

Lost and Found Office at Terminal C
Passengers whose items have been delayed, lost, or damaged outside the security area must contact the Terminal C authority. For departing passengers, they are located at the Mail Hall of Building C. For arriving passengers, they have a dedicated office adjacent to the Baggage Claim area at the Exit Hall.
In case passengers lose an item on the plane, they must contact the UA representative. This can be done at the designated airline’s counter post-Baggage Claim area.
