Portland Airport Terminals
PDX Airport features one main terminal inter-connected with four concourses – B, C, D, and E. Concourses B and C are on the South side of the terminal, and concourses D and E fall under the North Side.
Each terminal comprises of ticketing area, baggage claim international arrivals, retail stores, dining options, and two TSA security checkpoints. In addition, the parking garage and car rentals are located across the terminal. You can reach the parking garage via a covered outdoor walkway. All the other Ground Transportation options are available outside each terminal.

- Shoe Shine service: If you are obsessed with polished and tidy shoes, you can find the services of Jackson Shine Co. at Concourse C (near gate C5), and Concourse E (across from Starbucks). The service is available from 6 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Family restrooms: Portland International Airport has multiple restrooms including concourses B, C, D, and E, and pre-security.
- Kids play areas: There’s a newly renovated kids’ play area on Concourse D near Gate D7. Children between 1 and 6 years of age are allowed. There’s another kids’ play area at Concourse which features airplane-themed play space.
- Nursing rooms: There are two lactation rooms at the PDX Airport which comes in handy for the passengers who are traveling with an infant. One is located near the South Lobby near Capers Cafe, and the other one is at Gate D2.
